Sage Therapy Chicago is currently seeking a provisionally-licensed or pre-licensed mental health therapist to work with adults, adolescents, couples and families. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and creative therapist to join our supportive and fun team! We incorporate a hybrid model of services including telehealth to the greater Chicago area and state of IL, in-person sessions at our downtown office (155 N Michigan Ave) and Wicker Park Office (1811 W North Ave) and group therapy. In-person sessions and group therapy are 100% optional to clinicians as we support the choice to work completely remote.
We provide the tools you need so that you can focus your energy on building your caseload and providing excellent quality mental health treatment for your clients. Resources provided by Sage Therapy include: marketing to obtain a steady stream of clients for you, billing and credentialing services, liability insurance, on-boarding new clients, and office space if/when seeing clients in person. This position includes competitive pay and flexibility with regard to total number of hours and available days and times. Clinicians must be open to work evenings and/or weekends.
We provide 1:1 weekly supervision to pre and provisionally licensed therapists and optional weekly group consultation to all. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth through program development, community outreach and creative endeavors through blogging, videos, workshops, presentations, social media and brand development. We offer in-house trainings for CEUs as well as funding toward external CEU credits and trainings of your choice, lunch and learns, all staff meetings and consultation groups. The position also includes healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision) and retirement plan options with employer contributions.
We also strive to provide a positive and fun work culture! We have great in person social and team building events as well as activities to do together virtually.
Sage Therapy Chicago recognizes that marginalized individuals and communities are disproportionately impacted by systemic failings that can contribute to mental health challenges. We are committed to serving these communities in the work we do. We strongly encourage BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and persons with disabilities to apply!
