The Role

This inside sales role is designed for someone who is motivated to grow business while maintaining and strengthening long-term customer relationships. You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new opportunities, supporting customers while identifying ways to expand business within those relationships.

This position includes the opportunity to work with a stable, long-term customer base with established relationships while continuing to grow and expand business opportunities throughout the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customer accounts
  • Support and strengthen relationships with long-standing customers
  • Drive repeat and incremental business through proactive outreach
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes in a timely manner
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure follow-through to completion
  • Maintain Zoho CRM activity, customer records, and opportunity tracking
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate
  • Stay current on safety products: Hi Vis Apparel, FR Clothing, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), standards, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouses, and shipping logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining strong relationships

Work Environment

This role will initially be on-site to ensure proper training, collaboration, and team integration. As familiarity with the role and responsibilities grows, partial remote flexibility may be considered based on performance and the ability to effectively manage responsibilities independently.
