We’re looking for a motivated, assertive, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Acquisitions Manager. As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be speaking with agents, wholesalers, and flippers to help them move their properties. Your role will involve building relationships, educating partners, and managing the acquisition process. We are looking for someone HUNGRY to make a better life for themselves and their family! Responsibilities:

  • Engage with agents, wholesalers, and flippers to facilitate property acquisitions
  • Conduct phone calls to educate, negotiate, and close deals
  • Assess property values and make competitive offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
  • Manage the entire acquisition process from lead generation to closing
  • Use a problem-solving approach to assist sellers and partners in meeting their needs
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets


Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • 40 hours per week


Who You Are:

  • A dynamic and persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • You have high standards for yourself and actively seek out ways to improve yourself.
  • Results-driven, with a strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification.
  • Adept at using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track metrics effectively & correctly.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • You have a high attention to detail and can keep accurate notes as well as keep your stakeholders up to date on your progress.


Who You Are Not:

  • Someone who struggles with rejection or lacks persistence in achieving goals.
  • A person uncomfortable with using technology or CRM tools to enhance productivity.
  • Someone who needs to work in an environment with a lot of management or outside intervention.
  • Someone scared to get on the phone to make 100+ dials a day


Requirements:

  • Active real estate license (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
  • Proven experience in a sales position with a track record of closing deals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-driven with excellent time management abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability in a startup environment
  • A strong drive to succeed and improve life for oneself and one's family
