Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, implementing policies, and optimizing processes to support our mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in disability services.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of direct support professionals (DSPs), ensuring adequate staffing levels, training, and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance while maintaining service excellence.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement new programs or services to meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and mitigate operational risks effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to promote collaboration and support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare or disability services sector, with a strong understanding of Medicaid regulations and funding mechanisms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success.
