We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our developmental disabilities services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations of residential and community-based programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Compliance Management: Ensure all services comply with state regulations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.

Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of direct support professionals and administrative staff. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of care and service delivery.

Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.

Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders. Address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the developmental disabilities or healthcare field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in developmental disabilities services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
