As a Human Resources Recruiter at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending job offers. This role requires a strong ability to identify candidates who align with our company values and culture, as well as the skills and experience needed for success in their roles.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Create and post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications

- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with potential candidates

- Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions

- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation

- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations

- SHRM certification is a plus
