- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management

- Implement individualized care plans and support goals to help clients achieve their full potential

- Foster a positive and empowering environment for clients to thrive and reach their personal goals

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and daily activities

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Must adhere to Safe and Secure Homecare's policy of not inquiring about criminal backgrounds
