Safe and Secure Homecare seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the finances of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.


- Maintain accurate financial records for clients

- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner

- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies


- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
