About Sabanosh Psychiatry & Wellness

We are a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care through a holistic and integrative approach. We believe that mental health symptoms are often influenced by underlying physical health conditions, lifestyle factors, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, sleep disorders, chronic illness, and other medical contributors. Our mission is to help patients achieve lasting wellness by addressing the whole person—not simply managing symptoms. We value curiosity, collaboration, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to identifying root causes whenever possible.
