The position is to support our customers by giving them the information they need to make sound decisions. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with the services we provide.

Description

Customer service duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and assisting customers with any issues they may have. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client relationships, and providing support to the customer service team.


Job Responsibilities:

- Responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records

- Providing direction and support to the customer service team

- Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Performing data entry and other customer support functions as needed


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

- Previous experience in a service-oriented industry preferred

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant speaking voice
