Job Responsibilities:


Strategic Outreach and Lead Development

  • Responsible for expanding the Provider Network and driving new business growth.
  • Conduct continuous outreach via email and phone to identify the appropriate contact, showcase the platform’s capabilities, spark interest, and understand their current processes.
  • Identify sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate value propositions to secure new business.
  • Responsible for leveraging resources to vet organizations and refine a targeted prospect list.
  • Target individuals such as office managers, biologic coordinators, healthcare providers (HCPs), patient benefit representatives, revenue cycle managers, and directors of pharmacy, among others.
  • Utilize relevant resources and marketing materials tailored to the organization and therapeutic category.
  • Utilize HubSpot as a CRM to manage and track outreach, leads, and pipeline progress.
  • Assist in developing content and strategies for email campaigns to engage and attract potential users.


Relationship Building and Rapport Development

  • Leverage communication skills to engage in conversations, uncover client needs, and articulate how RxLightning can provide effective solutions.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to connect with the appropriate contacts and schedule discovery meetings that lead to product demonstrations.
  • Assess and determine next steps based on the organization’s size and specialty medication volume.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with individuals at all levels of the organization and adapt value propositions as needed.
  • Ability to manage new business accounts to ensure retention and identify opportunities for additional revenue when appropriate.


Administrative Responsibilities and Team Collaboration

  • Support the management of incoming registrations, including vetting, approvals and denials, and documentation management.
  • Manage HubSpot to ensure consistent daily activity and visibility for all team members across the company.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks to support the company in achieving its goals.


Qualifications/Requirements

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Advanced time management and organizational skills.

·      Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and take immediate action.

·      Naturally inquisitive individual that encompasses the willingness to challenge the status quo in search for process improvement.


Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience in the healthcare industry

·      Over 2 years of experience in inside sales

·      Well-versed in specialty medication processes

·      CRM Software Experience (HubSpot)

·      Education: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
