  • Onboarding Specialist: Expert in leading the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales team to active use.
  • Multi-Channel Communicator: Proficient in handling client communications through phone, email, and text, catering to the diverse needs of restaurant clients.
  • Training and Support Provider: Skilled in offering comprehensive training and support to clients, facilitating successful account launch and ongoing use.
  • Bilingual Expert: Fluent in English at a near-native level and proficient in another language, able to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.


As a Customer Success Representative, you will...

  1. Lead Onboarding Processes: Take charge of the onboarding for each new account, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a successful launch.
  2. Handle Client Communications: Respond to inquiries and communicate with clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  3. Ensure Client Success: Work closely with restaurant clients to address their needs, ensuring they fully leverage our SaaS solutions for their business.
