The Job

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate for Fulfillment to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water—without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure.

Our warehouse associates work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team that plays a key role in supporting our business operations, ensuring seamless fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Keep orders moving: Pick, pack, and prep products for shipment with accuracy and care—whether it’s grabbing items from shelves, shipping parcels, or building a pallet that’s ready to roll.
• Champion customer pickups: Greet customers onsite and help them safely load their products so they leave confident and taken care of.
• Set the warehouse standard: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace that helps the whole team move faster and smarter.
• Support inventory health: Jump in on cycle counts, product moves, and any inventory tasks that keep our data clean and our operations tight.
• Pitch in where it counts: Support additional production, assembly, fulfillment and warehouse tasks as they arise—because we’re a hands-on team that wins together.
• High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust

• Demonstrate physical strength to lift up to 20Ibs and handle various goods including solar panels and pumps weighing
• Are a solid communicator and can work with both local and remote teammates
