The Job

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and creative Talent & Experience Coordinator to help make RPS an even more engaging and rewarding place to work. You’ll shape the employee journey from start to finish - creating an exceptional experience for candidates, new hires and current teammates alike. This is an on-site role based in Woodland, CA.


You’ll be the project manager behind all the fun - from our company events to our internal communications and employer branding efforts. You’ll also flex your creative and analytical skills through project planning, spreadsheets and polished slide decks that capture the RPS spirit. Key responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Post open roles across job boards and social channels
  • Schedule interviews, manage logistics and keep candidates informed
  • Support employer branding efforts by crafting engaging job posts that highlight RPS’s culture
  • Coordinate and deliver New Hire orientations
  • Partner with managers to ensure every new hire has the tools, context and connections they need to thrive at RPS


Employee Experience Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate and execute RPS employee events (team celebrations, holiday gatherings, Fun Fridays, etc.)
  • Partner with the HR team to showcase employee milestones, community involvement, and company achievements
  • Partner with our Founders and HR Director to bring creative ideas for team engagement and recognition to life
  • Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and budgets using spreadsheets
  • Create and update Google Slides decks for internal meetings, celebrations, and company updates
  • Create and maintain RPS’s photo and content library for internal and external use
  • Assist with general People & Culture initiatives and special projects


What You Bring

You're excited about work that directly impacts people’s lives and our planet. Whether you're tech-savvy, customer-obsessed, mechanically inclined—or all three—you bring curiosity, team collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose to the table. You might be a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Slack
  • Can troubleshoot creatively and think like a customer
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Have strong organizational and project management skills — you love a good spreadsheet and an even better checklist
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative — you’re the kind of person who lifts team energy wherever you go
  • Almost obsessed with rural resilience and clean technology
