Our company specializes in Solar Powered Water Pumps Kits that can be customer-installed by ranchers, farmers, offgrid-ers and homesteaders alike. The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. We are passionate about getting more and more wells ‘off the grid’ powered by renewable energy, empowering and teaching customers how easy it is to DIY themselves.

The RPS Internship Program provides students with an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sustainable agriculture industry while developing valuable skills in a fun team environment. Positions vary in duration, but all require onsite work the bulk of June, July and August.

Sales & Business Development Intern - Learn from in the trenches with the seasoned appointment setting and sales teams. Gain experience in a unique collaborative and supportive non-commissioned sales environment. Able to work at least 20 hours a week onsite in Woodland. Ideally 40 hours/week in the summer. (Paid)

Eligibility:

• College students majoring in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field
• Strong academic record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sustainable agriculture or renewable energy, leaving our world better than we found it 

Internship Details:

• 10-12 week program during the summer months
• Full-time, paid internship $22/hr
• Location: RPS headquarters between Davis and Woodland, California.
