Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Being proficient with MRPEasy or similar platform and owning the production schedule - building, updating, and aligning it to demand forecasts, sales data, and available materials, equipment and labor.
- Coordinate the flow, storage, and movement of materials across the warehouse so production runs smoothly and on time, including incoming product receiving with a 24 hour turnaround.
- Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, taking proactive action to prevent shortages, overages, and disruptions, ensuring availability ahead of manufacturing needs.
- Create, monitor and close manufacturing orders in MRP, ensuring finished products are ship ready.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical counts to ensure system accuracy and clean, reliable inventory data with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory control and take action in partnership with procurement to resolve out-of-stock delays or mis-shipments, supporting a great customer experience.
- Investigate discrepancies with curiosity and precision, identifying root causes and partnering with teams to correct and prevent future issues.
- Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service and Production teams to keep information aligned and workflows connected.
- Work directly with Production & Fulfillment teams to prioritize manufacturing orders.
- Troubleshoot production delays or bottlenecks, escalate when needed, and help remove barriers to keep schedules on track
- Review customer orders and internal order needs to prevent out of stock issues, mis-shipments and timeline risks.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Production teams to help keep everyone aligned. Flag production delays or bottlenecks early, escalate when needed, and help remove barriers to keep things moving.

Compensation & Benefits
