The Job

We’re looking for a Hands-On Production & Assembly Associate to join our Sun Titan assembly team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water. This is a full-time role focused on assembling equipment, trailers, and custom components in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Our warehouse associates build, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, keeping our production and inventory running smoothly while supporting teammates and ensuring quality standards are met.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Build with precision: Assemble custom trailers, pumps, and components with care, following instructions and maintaining quality standards.
  • Use and maintain tools: Work with hand and power tools, small equipment, and components safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the workspace dialed: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Support inventory health: Assist with cycle counts, product moves, and inventory tracking.
  • Communicate like a pro: Coordinate with on-site and remote teammates to keep production aligned.
  • Jump in where it matters: Support other production, assembly, and warehouse tasks as they arise.


What You Bring

  • Excitement for hands-on, mechanical, or DIY work
  • Pride in doing quality work, staying organized, and being dependable
  • Experience with hand and power tools, following work instructions, and assembly processes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a variety of components (inverters, batteries, trailers)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new tasks, adapt to new components, and troubleshoot small mechanical/electrical issues
  • Positive, team-first attitude and ability to communicate with both local and remote teammates

Compensation & Benefits
