This role sits at the intersection of marketing, systems, and automation, working closely with the founder and performance team to turn data into leverage.

Rubix is a performance marketing consultancy helping high-growth DTC brands scale profitably. We combine deep analytics, performance media, and a growing layer of AI-powered automation to help clients and internal teams move faster, smarter, and leaner.
We are actively transitioning into an AI-first consultancy. That means building internal systems and workflows that turn raw marketing data into decisions, not dashboards that collect dust.
This role sits at the center of that evolution.
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who operates at the intersection of marketing logic, systems thinking, and AI.
This is not a backend engineering role and not a task-ticket automation job.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and performance team to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows that improve reporting, monitoring, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the agency.
If you think in terms of leverage, feedback loops, and systems rather than tools, this role will feel natural.
Strategic and Curious
You ask “why” before building and think like a consultant, not just a technician.
Fluent in Automation Tools
You can design and troubleshoot workflows in tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier, and you understand APIs well enough to work through limitations and edge cases.
Marketing-Literate
You understand performance marketing metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV. You can interpret data from platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads and translate it into actionable logic.
Business-Minded
You’re interested in how businesses actually operate and enjoy building systems that support growth, not just efficiency.
Autonomous and Proactive
You don’t wait for perfect briefs. You clarify, propose solutions, and execute.
AI-Comfortable
You use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to move faster, while still applying judgment and quality control.
Clear Communicator
You can explain technical systems in business language and vice versa.
You won’t be buried in task tickets or siloed execution.
You’ll work closely with founder Alex Realmuto to design systems that scale, reduce chaos, and create leverage across the business. Rubix values ownership, clarity, and thinking deeply about how work gets done.
