Job Overview:

As a Cable Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality cable installation services. You will be responsible for installing lines from the MDU (Multiple Dwelling Unit) to individual units, as well as conducting commercial installations. Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in delivering efficient and reliable cable connections.

Responsibilities:

- Install and connect cables from the MDU to individual units, ensuring proper routing and organization.

- Perform commercial installations as required, adhering to industry standards and our company's guidelines.

- Test cable connections to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and prioritize tasks.

- Maintain accurate records of installations, including documenting equipment used and any modifications made.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related concerns promptly and professionally.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in cable installation, preferably in MDU and commercial environments.

- Proficiency in using cable installation tools and equipment.

- Strong understanding of cable routing techniques and best practices.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve cable connection issues.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
