Job Overview:

As an Employee at Royal Diamond Scrubs LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibility will be to sell our exquisite body scrubs and assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their skincare needs. This is a full-time position located in our vibrant Charlotte, NC store.


- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of our brand

- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable body scrubs based on their skin type and preferences

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions

- Actively engage with customers to understand their skincare concerns and offer personalized recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are properly displayed

- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a harmonious work environment

- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in skincare or related fields is a plus

- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail industry

- Genuine passion for skincare and a strong desire to educate customers about the benefits of body scrubs

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of diverse backgrounds

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using a point-of-sale system

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
