Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior washes, polishing, and paint corrections to maintain aircraft appearance.
• Complete interior detailing, including vacuuming, leather treatment, and stain removal.
• Apply ceramic coatings for long-term paint protection.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals while following safety protocols.
• Operate detailing equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, buffers and pressure washers.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and aviation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in detailing, automotive, or aviation maintenance is a plus (but not required—we provide training!).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
