Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growth and increase brand awareness. This position is suited for a person of many hats, from strategic sales & marketing planning to social media management to graphic design. Candidates for this position must possess the ability to create compelling graphic elements for scientific collateral, as well as support digital initiatives for achieving a robust inbound marketing program. This will require an end-to-end perspective from audience targeting to creative to outreach campaign management for MQLs & SQLs. While we have colleagues that will support this role to cover the scientific expertise, having prior knowledge in biology, computer science and genomics (bioinformatics) is a huge plus. In addition, the candidate must be team-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, and possess a can-do attitude.


Responsibilities and Deliverables


  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud programs is required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Apple Productivity and GSuite
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Sales Pro tools
  • Own digital marketing campaigns to drive MQL production, streamline the onboarding of new customers, and create a channel for low-touch sales via the online store
  • Manage the set-up and promotion of events, including in-person medical conferences, Lunch & Learns, awareness campaigns (e.g., Coffee Chats)
  • Strong ability to produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and white papers
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Become a student of the business and knowledgeable of the market we service
  • Stay on top of the latest market trends and identify implications for new campaigns.
  • Possible travel for customer events or conferences


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 1+ years experience in a marketing role within a scientific or technological industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to learn and concisely articulate value propositions in easily consumed language
  • Strong drive to produce results and without waiting to be told what to do
