We are a high end residential landscape design & build firm. We are currently in the start up phase and growing quickly. We need a talented individuals to join our team and elevate what Roots First can accomplish. We are very flexible with our schedules and care more about results then hours clocked in. Description

We are a fast growing high end residential landscape design and build company. We are seeking a highly self motivated/self starting person who thrives in a quick moving and collaborative environment to help develop residential landscape designs alongside our lead designer. You will need to be experienced in Autocad, sketchup, and comfortable hand rendering and coloring drawings. In addition to design development, the designer is responsible for pre-construction prep of new projects as well as be part of the construction management team.

In addition to base pay, there is a per project bonus shared with the project team.
