Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy & Vision
• Define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's mission to innovate healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and leadership, to envision and prioritize transformative products.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for new features and products.
• Execution & Leadership
• Lead the product development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and ideas from all team members.
• Product Development & Integration
• Oversee the integration of essential services and APIs, such as payment gateways and scheduling tools, to enhance product functionality.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that product development aligns with technical capabilities and business goals.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
• Quality Assurance &  Compliance
• Ensure products meet industry standards and compliance, particularly in healthcare settings.
• Lead user testing and feedback sessions to refine products and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, implementing improvements based on user engagement and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with a track record of successfully managing end-to-end product development.
• 2-3 years of User Experience (UX) within personas and product driven development
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, technology platforms, and digital product ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with regulatory standards relevant to healthcare technology, such as HIPAA and HL7.
• Previous exposure to healthcare application development and a passion for functional medicine.
