Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships with customers. Prior sales experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training! The ideal candidate would have a background in sales, particularly within the construction market, and possess excellent communication and organization skills. This role involves engaging with residential clients and B2B clients to generating leads and sales for roofing and siding jobs.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with their manager to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales process. (This can be learned and taught)
• Track sales metrics in CRM and report on performance regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
• Motivated and goal-orientated

Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior sales experience
• Motivated and eager to learn and grow in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in lead generation and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with the sales processes is highly desirable.
• A degree in business, marketing, construction or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
