As an Executive Assistant you will play an important role within the organization. Your duties will vary day to day and will be essential to the success of our executive leadership. The ability and willingness to complete personal and professional related tasks with tact and discretion while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism will be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete personal and professional related tasks.
- Gate keeping for business owners access and time. With tact, politely screen for solicitations and eliminate unwanted communications.
- Manage multiple schedules, calendars and appointments for two executives.
- Manage multiple email accounts, organize, respond and maintain Inbox
- Answer phone calls & texts, route to the appropriate person.
- Conduct calls on behalf of executives.
- Enter data into company software.
- Maintain electronic organization.
- Assist with personal responsibilities as needed, purchasing gifts, placing online orders, party planning and special events.
- Research and compile reports
- Basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, accounts payable, receipt/expense management).
- Arrange travel logistics and detailed itineraries for trips.
- Conduct regular virtual meetings with video conferencing
- Virtually attend meetings, record notes and coordinate deliverables
- Other tasks as assigned
