About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our high-performing team. This role combines outside sales, project management, and customer service—ideal for someone who wants career growth, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.


You’ll manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion, helping homeowners and property managers navigate storm restoration and roofing solutions. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. We provide all the training, tools, and support for you to thrive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Perform roof inspections and damage assessments (training provided).
  • Educate homeowners on the roofing process, insurance claims (where applicable), and service offerings.
  • Deliver professional estimates and proposals using CRM and estimating software.
  • Close deals with integrity and follow up regularly to maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs.
  • Must have reliable transportation (a pickup truck is preferred) and a smartphone.
  • Willingness to learn, coachable, and open to feedback.
  • Sales, construction, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
