We are hiring a Certified Drone Pilot to support our production crew in our current markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting aerial inspections of residential and commercial roofs, capturing high-quality imagery, analyzing data, and generating comprehensive reports to assist in roofing assessments and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drones to perform detailed aerial inspections of roofing structures, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Capture high-resolution images and videos to assess roof conditions, identify damage, and evaluate maintenance needs.
• Analyze collected data to generate accurate and insightful reports for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and roofing specialists to interpret findings and develop appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, FAA regulations, and advancements in drone technology.

Qualifications:

• Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Proven experience in drone operations, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation related to aerial imagery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and FAA regulations concerning commercial drone operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel across the designated regions as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with photogrammetry software and 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and construction practices.
• Technical aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting drone equipment.
