• A stellar attorney with at least 4-6 full years’ experience in employment law.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.

• Polished, poised, practical, energetic and you have a strong work ethic.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
• Report to the Head of the Employment Department.
• Have varied activities including multiple, simultaneous projects that offer learning opportunities.
• Use your expertise-based problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions.
• Be required to have a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. You believe that quality should never be compromised.
• Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues and deliver practical, plain English advice.
• Draft, review, and revise demand letters, complaints, and motion papers in employment-related disputes.
• Assist with all substantive aspects of employment disputes, including agency submissions, drafting discovery requests and responses and preparing for depositions.
• Draft and update contracts, handbooks and other employment-related agreements and help clients implement compliant workplace practices.
• Lead by example: with your work ethic, your drive for success, and positive attitude.
• Be involved in client development, marketing and the growth of the firm.
