Managing Partner
As the Managing Partner you will:
- Shape the future of our practice and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among attorneys and legal staff.
- Lead business development efforts, working closely with Firm Founder to grow our practice in different jurisdictions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging a solid book of business.
- Ensure the highest standards of legal practice, ethics and client-focused service are upheld.
This role requires a seasoned attorney with deep expertise in law practice, client development and management —who is motivated to help expand the firm’s presence and reputation.
YOU ARE:
- A licensed attorney with at least 10 years’ experience in law and in managing people.
- A natural leader. You take initiative and are not afraid of difficult conversations.
- Action-oriented with a sense of urgency for accomplishing goals.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team.
- Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values.
- Develop and enforce accountability measures.
- Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity.
- Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product.
- Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff.

- Total Compensation – $200,000 – $400,000 (based on experience, book of business, and performance).
