As the Managing Partner you will:

• Shape the future of our practice and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among attorneys and legal staff.
• Lead business development efforts, working closely with Firm Founder to grow our practice in different jurisdictions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging a solid book of business.
• Ensure the highest standards of legal practice, ethics and client-focused service are upheld.

This role requires a seasoned attorney with deep expertise in law practice, client development and management —who is motivated to help expand the firm’s presence and reputation.

YOU ARE: 

• A licensed attorney with at least 10 years’ experience in law and in managing people.
• A natural leader. You take initiative and are not afraid of difficult conversations.  
• Action-oriented with a sense of urgency for accomplishing goals.  
• A clear communicator who speaks plain-English (legalese only when necessary).
• Conscientious and highly accountable. 
• A problem solver. You find solutions and improve efficiency.  
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident.  You’ve got this.
• Responsive and proactive.  You keep those that need-to-know well-informed. 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD: 

• Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team. 
• Oversee attorney performance and KPIs.  Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values.
• Develop and enforce accountability measures.
• Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity.  
• Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product.
• Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff.

• Total Compensation – $200,000 – $400,000 (based on experience, book of business, and performance).
