YOU ARE:

· A highly motivated and meticulous law student.

· Interested in our practice and eager to learn.

· Eligible to receive academic credit from your law school for the externship placement.

· A 2L candidate.

 

YOU HAVE:

· Strong academics – minimum 3.4 GPA.

· Research and writing skills.

· Contract drafting skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

 

YOU WOULD:

· Review and revise contracts.

· Conduct legal research and drafting.

· Research and write articles on legal topics.

 

YOU WILL ALSO HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO:

· Participate in client meetings.

· Observe client negotiations.

· Strategize with attorneys in transactional matters and litigation matters.

· Be exposed to the business of law and legal marketing.
