OFFICE COORDINATOR
This position supports both the day-to-day operations of the firm and the administrative needs of attorneys and staff. The role combines legal administrative support with office coordination responsibilities and is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping people, information, and processes running smoothly.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Assist with preparing matter files, binders, presentations, and client materials.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain accurate records and firm documents.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Manage mail, deliveries, scanning, printing, copying, and other administrative workflows.
• Assist with tech setup and troubleshooting for New York-based personnel.
• Coordinate conference room readiness, office supplies, vendors, and common area upkeep.
• Assist with firm meetings, events, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
• Hand occasional administrative tasks on behalf of firm leadership.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.

YOU HAVE:
• At least one year of administrative, office operations, or legal support experience. Paralegal experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. You’re always responsive and proactive to internal and external needs.
• A systematic pace with an emphasis on getting the job done right.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
