This is a role for someone who loves digging into the numbers — pulling reports, analyzing findings, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll help monitor and optimize inventory day to day, and as you grow in the role, you’ll take on more forecasting and long-term strategy work.

What You’ll Do:

Initiate Analysis

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analysis into strategies that drive sales; as you build expertise in the role, contribute to financial forecasts and long-term planning strategy for a rapidly growing retail business.

Inventory Optimization

  • Track on order goods to ensure timely arrival and stock coverage.
  • Manage and update monthly open-to-buy.
  • Analyze sell-through, sales trends, and key item performance to recommend inventory actions and suggested SKU count targets at a class and store level.

Collaborate Across the Brand

  • Work together with Buying and Merchandising on line development and assortment recommendations.
  • Partner with Allocation to increase productivity and manage omni-inventory.
  • Bring your point of view to hindsight meetings, marketing meetings, and other cross-functional discussions that shape our strategy, forecasting, and inventory optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have 3+ years of omni-channel planning experience within lifestyle, fashion or multi-channel retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • Extremely analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets).
  • A strong problem solver with a proactive, figure-it-out mindset who thrives in a fast, energetic environment.
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ERP, Shopify or retail systems is a plus
