Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid in NYC 3 days a week in the office (flexible schedule) 


Compensation: College credit with a daily stipend based on the number of days in the office (for food and travel) 


Key Responsibilities:  

Visit local stores to assist with displays, signage, and product knowledge documents. 

Potentially assist with store popups. 


 Learning Objectives 

  • Visual Merchandising Competence: Develop proficiency in visual merchandising, store displays, and signage creation through hands-on experience and training. Utilize design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. 
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Enhance collaboration skills with the retail team through store visits, contributing to a holistic understanding of visual merchandising within the retail environment. 
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Develop creative problem-solving skills by assisting in tasks such as store pop-ups, contributing innovative solutions to challenges in store design and aesthetics. 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Be  


  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word. 
  • Sketchup and Autocad skills are a plus. 
  • Organized and creative. 
  • Educational Background in Store Design, Visual Communications or similar field
