Roller Rabbit’s E-Commerce Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting in support for all e-commerce operations and other tasks as mutually agreed upon. The E-Commerce Operations Associate will be essential to coordinating the streamlined flow of product from the moment it exits the factory to its go-live on our ecommerce channel. He/She/They will work closely with our 3PL and Operations team, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn and experiment with new techniques, and willing to take on any and all tasks as needed.

Job Description:


·       Support the eCommerce business in collaboration with eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Production, Logistics and Operations

·       Partner with Logistics on coordinating flow of goods timing and delivery location and put-away for all e-commerce product

·       Maintain product upload process – SKU creation, inventory status, SKU updates

·       Work closely with Technical Design team to ensure proper fit guides and sizing details are reflected on the website

·       Oversee daily operations including order processing, coordination and tracking of stock discrepancies, and smooth order return/exchange processing

·       Partner with 3PL to ensure consistent flow of data between systems, monitoring for any outages, and handling any IT coordination

·       Partner closely with CX team to ensure smooth flow of information and needs between fulfillment locations and CX – identifying mis-ships, replacements and any additional CX-related needs

·       Provide support to Director of E-Commerce and Director of Operations as needed

·       Correct any ordering issues (wrong shipping address, wrong items, etc)

·       Correct & track fulfillment errors

·       Physical Store Locator maintenance

·       Update/edit web pages as necessary (FAQs,Shipping, monthly subscription changes, etc)

·       Resolve integration issues with different platforms/apps

·       Partner on a daily basis with the warehouse/production team to ensure eCommerce order fulfillment remains efficient, timely and organized.

·       Support the warehouse team with order pulling, inventory management and shipment organization

·       Support the warehouse team with product management

·       Communication between warehouse to the storefront in weekly for transfers and in store order pickups

·       Data entry on the backend of our eCommerce store

·       Other tasks as needed


Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant area of specialty 

·       3+ of experience fashion or in a related area, and all key aspects of operations and e-commerce

·       Strong project management skills and attention to detail

·       Proficient in Excel and Shopify

·       Ability to learn new computer systems quickly – experience with SAP a plus

·       Self-starter – ability to work independently and prioritize projects

·       Excellent organization skills

·       Patient, professional, and efficient

·       A love of fashion is a plus!

Salary

$53,000 - $63,000 per year
