Roe Painting is looking for a motivated Sales & Estimating Consultant to join our growing Residential Division.

This is more than a sales job. You'll build relationships with homeowners, prepare project estimates, help improve our AI assisted estimating tools, and play an important role in one of Idaho's premier painting companies. If you enjoy meeting people, learning new technology, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

· Meet with homeowners and provide expert guidance.

· Measure and estimate residential painting projects.

· Prepare professional proposals.

· Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

· Confidently ask for the sale.

· Work with our production team to ensure successful projects.

· Help improve our AI assisted estimating systems and customer experience.
