We’re growing our Residential Division and looking for a motivated Sales & Estimating Consultant who enjoys helping homeowners, building relationships, and using modern technology to create accurate project estimates.

This is more than a sales job—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor while working with innovative estimating software and AI-powered tools.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled consultations
• Measure and estimate residential painting projects
• Prepare professional proposals
• Educate customers on products, coatings, and solutions
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Ask for referrals and generate repeat business
• Work closely with our production team to ensure successful projects
• Help refine AI-Assisted estimating workflows
• Work with leadership to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Learns new technology quickly
• Enjoys meeting and helping people
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership and solves problems
• Works well independently and with a team
• Has experience in sales, construction, home services, or estimating (preferred but not required)
