Looking for Experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator

Roe Painting is seeking an experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator who takes pride in transforming and protecting concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who values high-quality workmanship, precision, and leading projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute concrete coating projects from prep to completion
• Assess and properly prepare surfaces (grinding, crack repair, leveling, cleaning, moisture testing)
• Apply epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems using professional-grade equipment
• Ensure consistent thickness, smooth finishes, and long-lasting durability
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members on-site
• Maintain clean job sites and follow safety protocols at all times

 

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of concrete coatings experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surface prep and coating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
