Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator who takes pride in transforming and protecting concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who values precision and quality from prep to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute concrete coating projects independently from prep to completion
• Assess and prepare surfaces — grinding, crack repair, leveling, cleaning, and moisture testing
• Apply epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems using professional-grade equipment
• Ensure consistent thickness, smooth finishes, and long-lasting durability
• Communicate clearly with clients and crew members on-site
• Maintain clean job sites and follow safety protocols

 

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of concrete coatings experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surface prep and coating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
• Strong work ethic and takes pride in the finished product
