What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Warehouse team on the preparation and de-prep of event gear.
• Oversee quality control and diagnosis of audio, lighting, and video equipment.
• Perform timely repairs and routine maintenance on equipment to prevent issues.
• Test a variety of AV equipment to ensure it is event ready.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of replacement parts
• Handle special projects as assigned, utilizing your expertise to tackle unique challenges.
• Participate in our Emergency On-Call Technician rotation, providing critical support when needed.
• DOT, tow motor, and scissor lift certification (existing or to be obtained within the first 90 days)

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in equipment repair or related field, knowledge of audio, lighting, and video equipment preferred.
• Physical and mental agility, with the endurance to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with heights and ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean record is a must.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and maintenance skills.
• Experience with AV installations, systems, and cable termination (crimping and soldering).
• Familiarity with AV control surfaces, including programming and operation of audio, video, and lighting consoles.
• Customer service experience and basic networking skills are a plus.
• Ability and desire to travel at least 20% of the year.
