HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Assist with load-in and load-out of audio visual events
- Set up Audio, Lighting, and Video equipment, staging, pipe & drape
- Operate lighting, sound and/or video elements onsite for assigned events (Social, Corporate, Non-Profit and more)
- Handles quality control and maintenance on an advanced and growing inventory
- Shadow and assist experienced operators on larger events
- Assist with the warehouse team with the prep and return of gear for/from events
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Passion for Live Events, Entertainment and Technology
- At least 1 - 3 years of previous AV experience
- High school college technical theater or touring production crew preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record is required
- Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
- DOT certified or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Demonstrate high energy, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
- Proactive, self-starting, tenacious work habits and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, listening, critical-thinking and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, meet cascading deadlines, and be organized
- Capacity to lift/push up to 75 pounds consistently in various work environments
- Ability to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time (8 hours or more)
- Work availability on evenings and weekends as needed
