How you will spend your time: 

• Manage all facilities in the office, from organizing cleaners to ordering supplies
• Be the go-to person for office operations like maintenance, mail, inventory, and equipment
• Build long-lasting relationships with and assist our current suppliers, vendors, service providers
• Support the FOH departments with various administrative tasks or projects

• Valid driver license and clean driving record

• Prior experience in places such as live event companies, performing arts centers, professional sports teams, and other similar spaces
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Associate / College degree in (or now pursuing) entertainment, hospitality, or business administration
• A good sense of humor
