The life of an Entertainment Coordinator entails: 

Supporting RTH and its clients, you will work with the Installation team, performing permanent/semi-permanent installs, service, and quality control in various commercial settings with cutting-edge audio-visual equipment.

Create Moments That Matter

How you will spend your time: 

- Performing local & national installations and de-installations of audio-visual related equipment using blueprints and diagrams

• Provide and assist with client trainings for daily operations of their systems
• Manage service appointments to provide site support for clients during their hours of operation or special events

- Handle maintenance and replenishment of install specific expendables and hardware

• Coordinate directly with clients, internal staff, and vendors to provide accurate timelines on repairs, service calls, and installation projects

- Support the internal team operations by being on the emergency on-call rotation schedule

Things you will bring to enhance our vibe include:

• Good sense of intuition and a safety-first mentality
• Proven A/V experience in roles like Audio-Visual Technician, Lead Installer, Technical Designer, Operations Coordinator, or similar field specialty
• Phenomenal customer service skills to smoothly pivot from BOH to FOH as needed
• Stellar communication & responsiveness
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
• Dante certification 

And if you’re looking to get on our VIP list, you have any or all of the following:

• Active CTS or CTS-I designation
• DOT certification and/or CDL license
• Experience with AutoCAD, Vector Works, QLab or similar programs
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
• Background in construction, carpentry, or electrician trades
• A good sense of humor
