What You'll Do:

• Help execute permanent and semi-permanent AV installations both locally and nationally, using draftings and flow plots while maintaining compliance with safety processes.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring seamless daily operations of their systems.
• Manage service appointments, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate project timelines and deliver exceptional service.
• Work as a support technician within the company between projects.
• Participate in our emergency on-call rotation, offering top-tier support during clients’ operating hours or special events.
• DOT, tow motor, and scissor lift certification (existing or to be obtained within the first 90 days)

• Proficiency in cabling, schematics, electrical work, and telecommunication systems
• Experience with using a voltmeter and hand tools for installation and repairs
• Mechanical knowledge for handling equipment setup and breakdown
• Knowledge of computer hardware related to audio visual systems
• Proven experience in Audio Visual roles such as AV Technician, Lead Installer, Board Operator or Technical Designer.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean record is a must
• Dante certification or CTS-I designation is a plus
• Comfort with heights and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability and desire to travel at least 30% of the year.
