Providing prospective and established clients with live events, rentals, product sales, activations, etc.

How you will spend your time: 

• Source and manage inbound sales opportunities
• Work hand in hand with Event Sales Managers
• Timely write quotes and event orders 
• Accurately complete the planning process (agenda, floor plan, event details, etc) and set our event team members up for success
• Build meaningful relationships, create raving fans, take amazing care of clients
• Conduct quality control check-ins at events to ensure the best client-experience

Things you will bring to enhance our vibe include:

• Good sense of intuition

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in entertainment or event hospitality preferred
• Stellar communication & responsiveness
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

• Prior sales experience in places such as live event companies, performing arts centers, professional sports teams, and other similar places
• Exceptional organizational skills
