Being a liaison between the Director, Entertainers, and other departments to ensure successful event operations and flawless execution. What that means is:

• Advance our shows so our crew can successfully ROCK THEM
• Train our performers to ROCK
• Be a badass performer that ROCKS

Create Moments That Matter

How you will spend your time: 

- 75% of work will be spent in an office environment focused on Entertainment for live events

• Assist with event staffing, time offs and attendance logs
• Find and recruit new performers to rock our shows
• Collaborate on training and performance management
• Assist DJs, MCs, Photo Hosts and Event Activity Hosts in preparing world class live events
• Enhance our events through creativity, product suggestions and event refinement

- 25% of work will be spent in field focusing on performance, quality control and mentorship for the Entertainment department

Things you will bring to enhance our vibe include:

• Good sense of intuition
• Physical and mental agility
• Minimum 2 years in performance, entertainment, or event hospitality
• Stellar communication & responsiveness
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

• Prior experience in places such as live event companies, dance/ fitness studios, performing arts centers, professional sports teams, and other similar places
• Exceptional organizational and improvisational skills
