Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Rentals:
- Assist clients in the end-to-end rental process for AV equipment, assisting clients from initial inquiry to rental finalization.
- Work with cross-rental clients and wholesale accounts, including production companies, houses of worship, venues, theatres, and tours, to meet their production equipment needs.
- Ensure equipment availability, provide product recommendations, and coordinate rental logistics.
- Used Equipment Sales:
- Maintain and regularly update the used equipment inventory list.
- Actively promote and sell used AV equipment to clients, providing guidance and support to help customers select the right products for their needs.
- Facilitate product demos, if necessary, and assist with any follow-up inquiries or service needs.
- New Gear Sales:
- Assist customers in selecting new AV equipment, providing expert advice and ensuring they receive products suited to their specific requirements.
- Prepare quotes and process all orders related to new gear sales.
- Follow up on sales leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Expendable Sales:
- Process orders for expendable AV items such as special FX fluids, tapes, and GOBOs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of expendables and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

- Source and manage inbound sales opportunities
- Work hand in hand with Event Sales Managers and Event Sales Coordinators
- Timely write quotes and event orders
- Accurately complete the planning process (proposals, contracts, event detailing, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships, create raving fans, take amazing care of clients
- Conduct quality control check-ins at events to ensure the best client-experience

Compensation:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Eligible for sales bonuses.
