Responsibilities:

• Setup site lighting, stages, and activations during load-in
• Collaborate with RTH Leads and Stagehands
• Set up and run audio and mics
• Assist with event logistics at multiple stages
• Lighter duties during show days (catch some shows while you work!)
• Load out after the event

Qualifications:

• You’re a college junior or senior looking to pursue a technical position in live event or show production
• You have a broad understanding of and passion for audio-visual technology
• Background in technical theater, touring production, or other live event experience as an AV operator
• Stellar communication & responsiveness
• Phenomenal customer service skills to smoothly pivot from BOH to FOH as needed
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50-75 pounds or more on a repeated basis
• Must be able to flex between prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting 
• Must be able to frequently bend, extend, kneel and twist to execute tasks
• Have the capacity to safely climb and descend from stairs, ladders or other heights
• Have the ability to perform duties in a myriad of environment spaces, while exposed to various weather conditions, temperatures, noises, and bright lights.
• Have the skillfulness to safely operate multiple size vehicles, including non-CDL trucks, vans and trailers according to traffic laws and DOT standards

Compensation:

$2,000 (Includes $300 travel stipend & All Room/Board)
