Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage incoming service calls/emails/chats
• Dispatch & schedule techs
• Support techs with tools needed to service clients
• Maintain Service Fusion log (create and follow up on jobs)
• Parts follow-ups & research
• Create & edit T&M contracts
• Create estimates & document change orders for quoted work
• Service agreements and renewals reporting
• Create & maintain systems for warranty registrations and call logs
• Maintain & order office supplies
• Renew vehicle tags and contractor/business licenses
• HR tracking including new hire paperwork, track vacation time, payroll
• Clean shop (trash/floors)
• Other tasks such as filing, answering phones, etc

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2 years experience in dispatching / call centers

- Knowledgeable in tech

- Able to type at a minimum of 30wpm

- Plumbing industry knowledge and experience preferred but not required

- Prior Office Management experience a plus

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
