This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the plumbing, heating, construction, or home services industry.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities within residential sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and provide accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Present and promote company services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of plumbing and heating services, products, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, technicians) to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the plumbing, heating, home improvement, or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and services is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients as needed. (Clean driving record required.)
