We are looking for HARD-WORKING, ORGANIZED and DETAIL ORIENTED individuals to work closely with our production team in order to help our manufacturing process run smoothly. Oversee the creation of socks from customer order to final production, coordinating with the appropriate leads and production assistants on the floor. Responsibilities:

• Interact, coordinate, and execute on a game plan with VP of Production, Production Coordinator, and Fulfillment team on a daily basis.
• Become an expert on all production software (ie. Artomator, rip software, barcode software, Shipstation, etc)
• Develop expert knowledge in all printing processes
• Maintain a - “What’s next?” Mentality throughout the work day to keep all production teams fed with work
• Communicate the flow of product batches and clearly distinguish what they are for to the production team Manage the creation of orders in a timely fashion
• Assist in finalization of orders with all post-production additives (barcodes, packaging, etc.)
• Assist with shipping product to customers
• Maintain print room stock and machinery
• Develop all production skills needed in order to run a full shift
• Supervise Fulfillment Team, ensuring job quality, awareness, efficiency, and accuracy
• Communicate with Fulfillment Specialists to ensure orders are fulfilled to completion and in a timely manner
• Become an expert of all facets of E-Commerce and Wholesale order fulfillment with ability's to guide and train Fulfillment Specialists

Experience:

• Production planning, scheduling / manufacturing experience a plus (not required)
• Fast-paced experience (must be able to stand for 8+ hours at a time)
• Experience in print production software is a plus (Photoshop)
• Experience in order management / shipping software is a plus (Shipstation, Shopify, UPS Worldship)
• Must have general computer knowledge (Internet, Microsoft Office)

Preferred Skills:

• Production Planning / Scheduling Experience greater than 1 year
• Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment
• Vast knowledge of sports, entertainment and pop culture a plus
